Buying a Home is a Big Step

Join us for a first-time homebuyer's seminar. You'll learn everything you've ever wanted to know about buying a home, from dealing with credit issues to determining how much "home" you can afford. Plus, if you're a first-time homebuyer, find out how to qualify for first first-time homebuyer bond money and grants to cover closing costs and down payment. This education training is required by ADFA (Arkansas Development Finance Authority) if you want to use the first-time homebuyer bond program and is subject to qualification.

The cost of the Training is $10 (fee includes a certified ADFA or Neighbor Works trainer/presenter, homebuyer's handbook, and lunch). If you would like to receive credit counseling, please sign up at the training.
